Private Residence - Blackrock
This project involved the transformation of an existing two-storey property into a modern three-storey home, including a step-down kitchen and living area and a complete internal fit-out. The works began with a full demolition back to the original structural walls and floors, followed by a comprehensive rebuild.
The project included a full rewire, new underfloor heating with radiators to upper levels, new wall linings and ceilings, zinc surrounds to the new upper level, a flat roof extension, re-roofing with new tiles, aluminium-clad windows, rooflights, and a complete internal refurbishment throughout.
