Private Residence - Bray
This project involved the conversion of six one- and two-bedroom apartments into a single 5,500 sq. ft. penthouse apartment. Completed on the third floor of an occupied building, the works included forming multiple large structural openings through heavily reinforced concrete walls. Delivered in close collaboration with the client and design team, the project was completed to an exceptional standard and stands out as a highly technical and rewarding build.
